ONTO THE EPISODE….

I have a question for you: how do you celebrate someone else’s good news?

This is important, because how we react can have massive effect on the other person, more so than you may even realize, and it doesn’t feel good for YOU to be miserable about someone else’s good news either.  That shit sticks and people will always remember how you made them feel.

Sometimes we can react out of jealousy, because someone else is getting something that we hope to have or achieve ourselves. Perhaps we react out of a place of fear that this news will change our relationship with the other person or impact our own lives in a negative way, even if it’s good for someone else.

We’re diving into the ways that other people’s reactions can affect us, how to learn from jealousy and use it as a tool to get to know yourself on a deeper level, what it can mean when our gut instinct is to react in a negative way, and asking yourself how YOU would want to be celebrated.
