You know how I sometimes tell you that I finally got a guest on the podcast that I’ve had in mind (and on a Google doc) to interview for months and months?
Today’s guest, Sarajane Case, is one of those very special people, and I’m so excited to introduce you to her and to chat all things enneagram!
Sarajane is a writer, speaker and podcaster based in Asheville, NC. She teaches the enneagram as a tool for personal growth and self-compassion. She’s also the creator of the hugely popular instagram account and podcast enneagram & coffee.
The enneagram is a tool that can be used for personality typing on a base level, but it can be used for so much more than that and goes way beyond your average personality test, which Sarajane beautifully demonstrates for us.
In this episode, Sarajane & I are talking about:
- Explaining to us what the enneagram is (in case you don’t know what I’m talking about don’t worry, Sarajane has you covered!) and gives the most thoughtful & beautiful explanation of the enneagram I’ve ever heard
- Giving us the rundown on why it’s such a helpful tool and how you can figure out what your number is
- When identifying a little too strongly with one’s number can do more harm than good
- How to use the ennegram in a way that reinforces showing ourselves kindness and enforcing necessary boundaries, along with how it can impact our relationships
Can’t wait for you to tune in, and be sure to check out all the cool things Sarajane offers below, including a self-typing workshop! And you simply must go connect with her on Instagram, because she is the most beautiful soul inside and out, truly. I know she would love to hear from you if you enjoyed this interview as much as I did!
