Today I’m talking to one of my absolute favourite humans, and now 4 time guest on the Room To Grow podcast, Sarah Swain!
Sarah left her 6-figure corporate gig in January of 2018 with no back-up plan other than “I trust myself enough to make this happen.” 3 years later she is now the proud owner of a Canadian Media Company & Publishing House , a mentor to emerging leaders in entrepreneurship & strategist to online, service-based business owners. Sarah believes deeply in creating financial independence so more people can have more choices and lead happier, more fulfilling lives. featured in Forbes, Sarah doesn’t shy away from talking about money, and why you need to create more than one stream of income in order to protect your livelihood from unexpected changes in our world, as we all experienced in 2020. Sarah lives in Alberta Canada with her husband Rob and when she isn’t busy taking the world of online entrepreneurship by storm you’re likely to find her soaking up the magic of the Rocky Mountains.
Today we dive into a conversation all about negative feedback. We’re talking;
I really love the conversations that Sarah and I have everytime we get together and this one is no exception. We will always inevitable receive negative feedback in our lives, learning how to sit with it, process it, take it into account moving forward, or say f*ck it, is what is most important!
