I’m incredibly honoured to introduce you to Meira Greenfeld today.
Meira has worked as a lawyer (and actually headed anti-racism work in Compton back in the day) and learned Constitutional Law from Professor Derrick Bell, the founder of Conflict Race Theory while at Harvard Law School. She provides trainings to help “regular” people promote social justice in their everyday setting. She is currently a racial trauma coach and practicing therapist helping clients move from feeling wrong for who they are because of how they are different to living meaningful lives because they are living in harmony with their purpose.
Meira is uniquely positioned to teach on these topics because so much about racism is understanding it as a legal and social construct with psychological impact. As a lawyer and psychotherapist specializing in trauma, identify and resilience, Meira has experience and insights that are necessary to be heard as part of this conversation.

This is a powerful episode, and I’m so grateful to Meira for sharing some of her knowledge and experiences with us.
Plus, I kind of think she’s superwoman. Seriously.
Take a listen!
