Slowly, Slowly, Slowly, Suddenly: Setting Intentions for a New Year

January 4, 2022

I’ve never been about the “new year, new you” bullshit.

What I AM about is taking inspired action towards the person you continue to become, peeling back the layers to remember who you’ve always been, and continuing to move forward with hope in your heart.

We’re talking today about the collective exhaustion of the past year (or two) and focusing on setting intentions moving into the new year that are more about how you’re going to show up overall consistently -while still leaving room for the messy parts of yourself to make an appearance.

Intention is about how you want to feel, what you want to embody, how you want to show up for yourself and others.

And when we can focus on that part, you’ll be open and ready to receive the beautiful things coming your way.
