Two nobodies from Canada (hi! *Sarah & I are waving at you*) somehow managed to both create chart-topping podcasts. And we’re not special.
We don’t have huge platforms, and our platforms were way smaller when we started.
We didn’t really know what we were doing in the podcasting space but did it anyway.
The only thing we *did* know was that we wanted our message to reach more people and have a deeper, more meaningful impact. And we seem to be achieving our goals in far bigger ways than we would have thought possible thanks to the world of podcasting.
Between us:
- Tens of thousands of downloads, both listened to in more than 70+ countries
- Appearing regularly on the charts on Apple, which is the best way currently to measure how a podcast is doing
- Sarah’s podcasting has been chosen by Apple to be featured for International Women’s Day, and lands in the top 50 of entrepreneur podcasts, while Room to Grow has been consistently featured in the top 200 among in mental health podcasts in countries all over the world
- And most importantly, we’re both driven by a fire & passion to share our message on larger and larger platforms to increase our impact
Sarah Swain has taken Canadian entrepreneurship by storm.
