We learn about relationships when it comes to the romantic kind. Dating, maintaining, breakups, and more.
But what about when it comes to friendships? Particularly with women?
I spent years with very few female friends, and it’s only in the past 3 or 4 years that it has become apparent to me how crucial these kinds of relationships are to our well-being and happiness.
It’s long been thought (and shown in studies) that women with strong social circles live longer.
Plus, life is hard sometimes, and we can’t always expect to get everything we need for support from our romantic partner.
Join this conversation with one of my best friends, Christina Montalvo, as part of an ongoing series Christina and I are doing on each others’ podcasts, and as per usual we aren’t holding anything back!
It’s also airing today on Christina’s wildly popular podcast, The Confidence Project.
