A Shift in Business: Podcasting, Coaching, Nutrition & Personal Growth

I’m sharing some big news today!

Moving forward, I’m refocusing my work more towards podcasting coaching and helping women learn to share their stories and experiences in a powerful way to reach new audiences and connect with people on a whole new level.

This decision hasn’t been an easy one.  I agonized for month, debating whether or not I wanted to make the leap.  There was a LOT of imposter syndrome coming up, hanging on to my old identity as a holistic nutritionist, and feeling like someone needed to give me the go-ahead to do what I was feeling called to do.

Nutrition will always be an extremely important part of my life, because I truly believe that it’s the basis to thrive at anything you want to accomplish.  If you’re not taking care of your body, it’s pretty tough to get the other pieces of the puzzle into place. Nutrition simply wasn’t feeling like a great fit for me anymore, to the point where it felt hard to come up with programs/offerings, harder than it should have been.

That said, I want to stress: sometimes shit it just hard.  A lot of entrepreneurs won’t tell you this, but sometimes you have to do some things you don’t necessarily love while you’re building bridges to the next thing you want to do.

But the time came that I could no longer resist what felt like the inherently right fit for me.

You see, I gave myself permission to grow with the very name of this podcast, because I could sense when I launched it that I wasn’t exactly where I wanted/needed to be.  Not only that, but there’s always room to grow.  We’re always in a state of evolution and learning new lessons daily.

The Room to Grow Podcast is staying basically the same: a little less nutrition, a little more biz, but just as much personal development, mental health, entrepreneurship, lifestyle and mindset shifts as ever.

This podcast is my creative outlet where I get to dive deep into topics I feel strongly about, talk to experts who have incredible experiences and wisdom to share, and extend my platform to share stories (either my own or others) that help all of us to grow, up level and learn.

Other important topics covered in this episode:

  • Discerning your yeses and figuring out your strengths and weaknesses
  • What you can do to start accomplishing those big dreams of yours right now
  • Why I almost didn’t release this episode
  • Overcoming perfectionism
  • Practicing what I preach, even when I don’t feel ready

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on all of this!  And if you’re interested in talking podcasts with me, please make sure to book a FREE 30 minute call with me!
