A love language is how one expresses and receives love through actions or words. The term was popularly coined in the book “The 5 Love Languages” by Gary Chapman.
But I want to take that list way deeper.
Because to me, how we express love also includes some even smaller, but vastly underrated actions, inactions (I’ll explain) and levels of vulnerability that are necessary for building better relationships.
So in this episode, I’m running down my list of “12 Underrated Love Languages That Go A Long Way” and why we need to pay attention to these small, yet massive things:
I’ll explain each in detail – these will completely revolutionize your relationships!
Also, I’d love to hear any love languages you would add to this list. How do YOU show and receive love? DM me or email me (contacts below).
