Your Cycle is Your Superpower & Building Strong Ass Women with Claire Falconer

My dear friend Claire Falconer is a literal ray of sunshine and one of the most knowledgeable humans I’ve come across when it comes to helping women (and couples) get the most out of their hormones and menstrual cycles. Once we deeply understand the phases and signals of a woman’s cycle, we can then leverage it not just for conception and pregnancy, but for every aspect of women’s daily lives, health and relationships. 

It starts with busting the modern myths and stigmas around a woman’s cycle, and instead working with it to vastly improve physical health, emotional health, fitness & weight loss, sleep quality, energy level, and of course, everything to do with preconception, pregnancy and postpartum health.

Claire is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and health coach and has been working full time in this industry for the past 14 years. 

Working privately with hundreds of clients all over the world, she has developed a passion and specialism in women’s health especially hormonal health, preconception, pregnancy and post natal women.

Claire has studied functional medicine at the Institute of Functional Medicine in California under Dr, Mark Hyman and is certified with Precision Nutrition as a nutrition coach. She’s also currently undertaking (nearly finished) her degree in Health sciences Naturopathy and is a certified menstrual coach from the Institute of Menstrual Health by Nicole Jardim. Claire has traveled the world up-skilling herself in all things health, fitness and nutrition by partaking in some of the most pioneering and forward-thinking courses and conferences available.

Claire is a self-proclaimed bit of a geek who always has her head in the current health & nutrition book and loves staying up to date with all the current courses.

She believes in living a balanced life and that health, nutrition, fitness and wellness ultimately resembles vibrance and energy within you. It’s about living your best life and feeling the best you possibly can and bringing your whole body and mind into alignment.
